It seemed clear that if we have a license for v3 we can upgrade to v4. If so, where can I download v4 and it seems okay to install it over v3, correct?

Hi SBMongoos,

I would uninstall v3, reboot, and then install v4.

You can find ESS v4 here ESS v4 Download (http://www.eset.com/download/registered_software.php)

You will need your user name and password to download it.

In every upgrade since first purchasing ESS when it first became available, ALWAYS have installed right on top, never a problem. To each his own.

Um...I have v4 installed and have for a while now.
