Blimey, all those warnings just to install a simple rogue app?

Right click installer - Run Sandboxed.

After checking it out, right click Sandboxies tray icon - Delete Contents - ta da see ya later.

Sandboxed is the only way I will deliberately check out dangerous apps/sites like this but not without the rest of my security arsenal.
I may take risks, but i'm not going in without being heavily armed.
Nice video Creer.

I hope no one will feel I'm being disrespectful by posting by doubt here. But, since it is about DefenseWall HIPS, I don't think I should open a new thread for the effect. Hope you guys and girls don't mind.

So, I'm going to deploy a security to a relative of mine, with little knowledge about computer security. I'll be deploying something easy to work with, yet without sacrificing security.

I'm really interested in deploying DefenseWall HIPS. I installed the last 2.52 version in a virtual machine, just to see how it looks like, how it behaves... Well, the whole deal.
But, everytime I reboot the system, the initial nag screen asking to enter the code, etc. appears.
For what I could see, there's no way to take it out? Or am I missing some setting?

It's sort of annoying to have to always see the nag screen every time the system is booted/rebooted.

Thanks

Hello Ilya,

I did press the try button the first time it got installed, but, the nag screen always appears.

If memory serves me, you will always get this on reboot with the trial.
Once a lic is entered into DW the nagging will stop.

i agree with m00nbl00d , its very annoying this nag screen popup every time pc start , if it can be removed and remind users to register by entering DW it will be much more better !

cheers

the best thing to do to get rid of the nagscreen is to buy a couple of copies;D
