I've just had an email from Paragon informing me I can buy Paragon Rescue Kit 9.0 for 50% off. I've never heard of the software before, but one interesting feature is "Easily clear any Windows OS password when you need to gain system access" - isn't this a massive security risk?! I can basically go around with my boot CD getting into peoples locked accounts?

Hello,
yes it may be but you could also use a standard windows cd to enable the secret administrator account and then login via that.
plus you could download a free opensourse program to dop the same job.
