Thanks for the heads up but i've gone totally portable with alternative browsers to separate from the chances of an exploit wreaking havoc with IE's path to the O/S.

Yes, thanks for the info. Looks like I need to get busy deploying the IE 8 blocker at work. I don't need any new surprises right now...
