Edit Personal Details

Could anybody advise me how i can edit my personal details connected to my Eset Smart Security Account. All the emails Eset send out to me to advise of new releases etc keep going to my old previous email address and not my current one although i have advised Eset at least 5 times and they assure me they will update my email address held on their records but it never gets done.

Hello billymac1965,

Can you unsubscribe from the emails and resubscribe with your new address? ESET will retain your original email address according to this help file. >> http://kb.eset.com/esetkb/index?page=content&id=SOLN32

If you call ESET's office toll-free at +1 (866) 343-3738 and ask for a customer care representative, they should be able to quickly get your customer record revised.
