I have just downloaded the latest version of Personal security but the Firewall hasn't installed properly and won't run - any help would be greatly appreciated.

A lengthy phone call to Eset has resolved this problem.
A techie took over my computer and, after removing the existing software and re-installing plus all kinds of registry hacks it now works OK.
