Module continually updating

Can someone help please? I have been an ESET user for 15 months, and only this week am getting a regular message - "your modules have just been updated". This is the only computer in our company which is getting this message.

The software version is Smart Security V 3.0.566.0, anti virus signature 20090311.

Is my pc protected, or what?
