Hi,

I just purchased NOD32 AV for my network due to its small footprint and reputation but I am having a bit of trouble with the Remote Admin side.

Firstly, when I send a MSI out with the correct cfg.xml file it takes all the settings except the update server address... it takes something across as the setting chnages from the update automatically to a blank screen. I have checked the xml file and its correct.

Secondly, when I first installed I manually updated the setting and did a update and everything whizzed through and updated, now it just hangs and hangs. Looking in the console it shows the majority and not being updated with a download interrupted or could not connect to server error message.

Looking at one of the machines that have downloaded correctly the settings are identical to the ones that fail.

I am running the latest version of both the console and the client (v4), the mirror server is running on a virtual machine running windows 2008.

Any advice would be great, I already tried putting it on a server and it killed the server flat leaving my school kinda annoyed so I will have to wait till the holidays to try that again.
