Download failure of V4

I cannot download V4; the site won't recognise my User Name/Password.
Any advice?

make sure you download it from the site you bought it from. for 3 years now my password only works on eset uk site, 3 different browser and 2 re- installs. everyone at eset says it works on all sites but it doesnt never has and probably never will.
so try the site you bought from, if this doesnt work, clear cache cookies and try typing the entire password and user name.
