New To nod32 and installation help with three user issue

What perameters have to be met in order to get a second installation operating on a different computer.

As the title indicates I have a Three user release of NOD32

If you purchased a 3-User license, that permits you to install it on 3 different machines, all using the same username/password to get updates.

You can have it running on any 3 machines you want at a time, as long as it is installed on only 3 at a time.

I installed NOD 32 on the second computer and I cannot get ESET to give me the updates. I used the same user name and password as on the first computer but it won't go and give me the updates for that second computer.

I see no information for troubleshooting in the book or find any help from the ESET website (have not gotten any response from those folks).

What do I have to look at or how does the NOD32 have to be set up inorder for it to work?
