I did some quick tests running uTorrent 1.8.2 + Sandboxie 3.35.14 on Vista (your screenshot looks like Vista) and saw no COM Surrogate errors. The problem is elsewhere. Take a look here for some possible solutions: Fix for COM Surrogate Has Stopped Working Error in Vista (http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/fix-for-com-surrogate-has-stopped-working-error-in-vista/).

i included uTorrent.exe in Forced Program, Internet Access and Start/Run Access Restriction.

Using your settings, I still get no errors. Try adding your Sandboxie.ini or a Resource Access Monitor log to the topic you started at Sandboxie's forum.

I removed all the application i enter in "Internet Access" and "Start/Run Access" Restriction of Sandboxie....and it works fine now.
For now i'm using "Forced Program" and "Blocked Internet Access" on my Data drive, i guess i'm protected with this features of Sandboxie.
