New Blackspear Settings for NOD32 AV 4?

I downloaded and installed version 4 and have now panicked realizing that I don't have Blackspear's wonderful tutorial for this version yet. Blackspear - will you be doing a tutorial on this version? Thanks!

Thinking about doing one, just a matter of making time, they take about 30 hours to produce and upload.

I've got nothing against blackspear making settings, but seriously, the v4 default settings are perfect and recommended.
