How to remove Eset Antispam Folder

I use Thunderbird and want to remove the antispam folder. I like the concept but I monitor over 15 email accounts in there, and the added folder requires me to scroll down to see the bottom most accounts. Before it all fit exactly.

How do I remove this folder? I've already disabled the antispam module and have removed email client integration, but the folder is still there. So how can I remove it?

Silly question but, why don't you just delete it?

Honestly, I didn't think of that. I thought it would have been removed when you disabled the antispam stuff in nod32. Problem fixed now.
