I really need some help !

I made an Image of a harddrive with an Acronis 9.1 Server. Everything was ok...

then we had to send the Computer to Belinea and had to wait untill it came back.

Now we got the Computer back and did want to play the Image back.

Now it says:

At openning of Backup-Archive cames an error up:
Operation can not be get further.
Image is corrupt.

(Sorrry for my baad English, but to translate German to English is not that easy.)

IS there any possibelety to repair the Image ? may with an other Tool (ghost, Ontrack, etc...)
Or is there a Possibelety to open this Image, because we need just some Data from this Image....

It's really really important...

Thank you for the answers....

and stay fresh :-X

Welcome to the forum.

Have you tried Mounting the backup image? This will work in some cases when a Restore won't.

Does the error message come up instantly when you try to Validate the image or does it happen part way through the process?

yes we did tried to mount it and it didn't work....

The Message comes if I try to open the Image.

With the boot cd the image can not be seen

Is the image file currently on an internal drive in the computer? If it's on an external drive or other external source (network, etc.), you might try copying it to an internal drive and see if that helps (don't delete the original image file).

Does the image consist of several files or is it all one large file?

When trying to open the image, are you using the same build of TI 9.1 Server that was used to create the image?

well the Image is on a external Drive... but I tried to make it to a VM Image, tried to open it with other tools...

It consists of several files, but we need just the own Data of the User and some Data of Tools.

And yes it was exactly the same CD of TI 9.1 Server, with which I tried to play back the Image...
