I have installed v4.0 over the top of the 4.0 RC - since my RC stopped updating because I was messing around with the update settings, I have now installed a license I know to be valid, and upon installation my machine was still sat at db 3832 - it would not update - restart the machine, and it still won't update. All I get is "update is not necessary".
