hey guys i have a proplem

the partiation (data) is hidden
because i was using partiation magic for resizing the partiation then i break the operation in the middle and turned off the pc and when i opened my pc again i found that the drive is hidden and not there

so i have to do now i dont know
what do u think ??
and when i opened change type operation from advanced menu
i see that the partiation type is partition magic like this

so do i change the type or this will remove the data if i changed it ???

Welcome to the forum. You can safely change the partition type without affecting the underlying data. This command only changes the ID byte in the partition table. Change it to NTFS, or FAT, or FAT32, depending on the known format of the data partition. You may need to either reboot to have Windows recognize the partition again, or else use Disk Management to assign a drive letter to the partition.

Hopefully this will be enough to make the partition's contents visible again in Windows. But if you interrupted Partition Magic while it was doing an operation, there is no guarantee that the partition will still be in good order.
