I recently bought a new Radeon HD 4650 graphics card and have installed it to my Gigabyte 945 motherboard, when i install the driver CD all i get is a screen full of verticle lines. I went into my device manager and extracted the graphics and audio driver that way and managed to get it working, i have even used it for some active gaming but when i turn my computer off and then back on my computer is booting up but all i keep getting is a blank screen, can someone please help me to solve this problem? :o

Did you uninstall your prior graphics card drivers fully, and reboot..before installing your new ones?
Drivers on the CD that come with your new box may easily be a year or more old. Tis best to go to the manufacturers site and download the latest drivers for your card and install those.
Is this model the AGP version?

What is your operating system?
Is it an LCD?
Have you checked the ATI\AMD site for the most current driver for the card and operating system?
Are you getting any message on your screen?
