Hi ashley_p3

I guess the Multi-IP Banlist plugin could be useful for this purpose.
See http://www.mntolympus.org/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=38&t=5813
Hope this helps.

You don't want any firewall packet-filter to be blocking enormous IP blocklists, ... should use ProtoWall or PeerGuardian that runs coherently along side a software firewall, something thats specially done up to be handling enormous IP blocklists.

The Multi-IP Banlist is for blocking incoming packets from remote IPs .... This what you trying to accomplish or wanting to block local applications from connecting to certain destinations?

And to block applications making connection to ... I prefer to use the Look 'n' Stop - Application filtering area instead for this. Just have to add IP address with ! in front of it; !192.168.1.22, clicking on the 'Help' button while viewing the Look 'n' Stop - Application filtering screen will take you to appropriate area to understand this information .. in whatever language your Look 'n' Stop is.

You have to visit the Look 'n' Stop - 'Application Filtering' TAB, and click on the 'Help' button .. found down on the bottom-right of the window.

The Look 'n' Stop Help opens up, you go down to the last page, the information exists there. :)
