I currently have an issue whereby for any PC that is PXE booted from a different VLAN other than one particular PC the following error process happens:

PC PXE boots from the NIC and gets a DHCP address then the following messages are displayed:

PXE-T01: File not found
PXE-E3B: TFTP Error - File not found
PXE-M0F: Exiting Broadcom PXE ROM

This error does not occur when PXE booting a PC located on the same VLAN.

How best can I troubleshoot this, as i've got 3 different ip helper addresses and ip pim dense-mode configured?

PXE will not travel across VLANs. If you install PXE server on each VLAN it will work.
