I did this when I added a adware into it:

Name: WildTangent
Clsid: {c53bda09-d997-8949-a497-d95e4b76f909} hope the dashes are in the right place.

I also got that from pestpartol(does not give dashes just one straight line). I think it is the same thing it looks like the others.

Also How can I be sure I added it right?

Where did you find that CLSID if I may ask?
The number of digits between the dashes are OK, but the one I usually see for WildTangent is:
65E7DB1D-0101-4100-BD66-C5C78C917F93
