runtime 339 cannot load?

I continue to try to download and then install the newest spywareblaster but upon launching, I get a error message to the effect 339 runtime error file missing, cannot load or some such message, any suggestions how I can fix this? I have tried downloading from several sites but continue to get the same error message. Help

Try installing the latest support files:

http://download.microsoft.com/download/vb60pro/Redist/sp5/WIN98Me/EN-US/vbrun60sp5.exe

and

http://www.javacoolsoftware.net/downloads/missingfilesetup.exe
