I keep trying install SpywareBlaster on this old WinNT4 box and I get an automatic shutdown and reboot if I try to run the program. Is it this machine, or is that standard? Thanks guys.

I assume the account you are running the installer on has full administrator privileges?
I haven't heard of any problems running either the installer or SpywareBlaster itself on Windows NT 4 up to now - so this might just be your machine... ???
Just to verify, you might try installing the latest support files:
http://download.microsoft.com/download/vb60pro/Redist/sp5/WIN98Me/EN-US/vbrun60sp5.exe
and
http://www.javacoolsoftware.net/downloads/missingfilesetup.exe
Let me know if that fixes the problem - thanks!

I downloaded and installed them both. No go.
I double-click the .exe file and that initial warning message box appears. Once I click OK -- bam! Immediate shut down and Restart.
I'll probably never figure it out. It's on a server and the office is getting tired of me crashing their server! ;0]
