How long to process FP reports

Does anyone know roughly how long it takes Eset to process reports of false positives and update the defnitions?

I reported a false positive on 3rd Feb using the procedure outlined on the Eset KB (Solutions ID: SOLN141) and have had no replies to my e-mail (wasn't really expecting one) but, the files are still incorrectly detected as being infected using the latest defs of 3842 on the v4 beta and the latest revision of v3.

What files are falsely detected? Please provide more details.

There were 2 files (filenames opsim.exe and opsif8ef.rra) on the installation CD-ROM media of a software package we use internally which came from a reputable source. Both files were quarantined during installation and reported as being “a variant of Win32/Genetik Trojan".

Scanning with other well known AV software returned no infections hence why I suspect it is a FP.
