I just bought Nod 32 yesterday and i received the first e-mail telling me that my order was received however i have still not received a second e-mail giving me an account name and password, I've opened a case issue using the support page and i also made a phone call to the central office however no one has gotten back to me I'd like to get this software running soon. Any help would be great

I'm taking it you made the purchase from Eset directly, and not a reseller?

If so, be warned that communications slow down over the weekends. They'll get back with you soon though if you don't hear from them over the weekend.
