Sandboxed intaller modifying registry keys

From time to time, I get several Defense+ alerts saying sandboxed program is trying to modify registry keys.
If I terminate the sandboxed program, then will that undo all the modification made by the sandboxed program?

As far as I know, it virtualizes the keys that needs to be modified. Comodo probably thinks the changes are happening on the real system, when it really isn't.
