FireFox question

Hi, folks
I've got a couple Firefox questions.

The question regards pages loading. I've usually got a couple windows open with a tab or two in each doing one thing or another, but I've noticed that regardless of that Firefox acts like it is still loading a page, even tho everything is there. The 'working' circle on the tab keeps going around like it's doing something. Even if just one page with one tab.
I've just run in the Forum on IE at the same time to check and IE isn't doing that.
I have FF all updated to my knowledge and no other programs like Picasa or music, etc, running. It doesn't seem to be hurting anything, just shouldn't be doing that.

The 2nd question regards the tabs themselves, both in FF and IE. Is there a KB combo to switch between tabs on a page? Like you would use Alt+Tab to swap windows?

As for the first question, I usually find that a 3rd party ad/link still loading on a page can cause that. For the second question, I honestly don't know.
