Simple system inventory software

I'd like to inventory all the software and hardware on my computer.

Does anyone know of a simple, single user PC system (XP Pro) inventory product?

I'm going to be doing a system rebuild and want to make sure I reinstall everything desired.

System Information for Windows (http://www.gtopala.com/) and WinAudit (http://www.pxserver.com/WinAudit.htm) are both free and seem to work well. I prefer SIW myself.
