Forgive me if I've overlooked how to do this in the FAQs or the manual, but is there anyway to prevent clients from scanning network drives (on-demand scanner)? Either through policies or some other way?
Thanks.

Check this (http://training.eset.com/kb/index.php?option=com_kb&Itemid=29&page=articles&articleid=727), point 2. Or in configuration editor: File-system Filter -> Setup -> Scan network disks: No

Thanks, that's close but what I really want to do is prevent my users from scanning network drives from their computers.

Ok, I'll give that a shot.
Should this prevent them from scanning network drives with the on-demand scanner as well?

It appears that setting is for the real-time scanner. I would like to prevent users from scanning network drives in the on-demand scanner.
ESET NOD32 Antivirus Main Window > Computer Scan > Custom Scan
I would like network drives to not be a selectable scan target if possible.
