Supposedly this software allows one to mount Zip type files in a Winmount Drive.. It also is a file compression software. They even have their own proprietary Zip format Called mou files. Anyone ever used this & what would be the advantages? Supposedly this software is the "Hot" thing right now. I installed it & it works fine but I'm not sure there is any advantage over any other Zip format. The drive also works fine but is similar in purpose to a virtual cd rom such as used in the Alcohol line of products which uses isos etc.

The mount option reminds me of Pismo file mount software.

They still show Christmas coupons available. Don't see anything unique compared to other zipmount softwares.

It is only great mounting software that can be made portable(other lose there mounting features when they are portable), other than this i dont there are mou format advantages.
