Do the Comodo HIPS and OA HIPS Pgms:
1. Give you the ability to view the list of registry autorun entries that they monitor for ?
2. Do they give you the option of allowing you to enter additional autorun, etc. registry entries that you want additionally monitored ?
.... If not, then I guess that MD and EQS HIPS pgms would be the only ones that do give you both of the above abilties ? Are there others ?

I'm certain Comodo has that ability, not sure about OA though...
KIS 2009 HIPS has it as well... :)

Yes Comodo is fully configurable as to which registry keys you wish to monitor.
They can be viewed/modified within the 'My Protected Registry Keys' tab of D+ (if you happen to try it out).

3x0gR13N,
With KIS 2009, can the Antivirus part of the suite *not* be installed ?
Does KIS 2009 HIPS have configurable HIPS - File Protection ?

Yes, you can choose not to install it, but being primarily an antivirus, I don't think even if you uninstall the AV part you can use it alongide another AV or security application. But, I have never tried that, so it may work. :) Expect potential conflicts.

Yes, you can configure custom files/folders and applications in the Resources group to be monitored.
