Norton's and Zonealarm together?

I have an HP Pavilion laptop that recently crashed. I'm having a new hard drive installed, along with all the original software. The computer guy wants to give me a free copy of Nortons anti-virus software. I'm used to using Zonealarm for my firewall.

Can I use Nortons and Zonealarm at the same time without any problems? My laptop uses Windows XP Home.thanks.

As long as it is just nortons antivirus and not Nortons Internet Security(which has a built in firewall) then sure, there should be no conflicts there at all.

I used to run these two apps. on XP Home and had no problems.
