Firefox - Laptop Scroll Wheel

why does my laptop scroll slider (wheel) on my laptop not work with Firefox 3? ::)

it works with all the others, Opera, Safari, IE and Chrome etc.

Have you checked about:config ? Here's a similar issue; look at 2nd post by Bo: mouse scroll wheel not working only in firefox (http://support.mozilla.com/tiki-view_forum_thread.php?forumId=1&comments_parentId=9011) and there are other solutions.

aahhhh, it is.

how do you make the mouse scroll wheel driver to work?

i tried adding the synaptics folder in direct file access, but it didnt enable it to work.
