How do I create a vcf file for my phone

I have bought a Siemens C470IP VOIP phone.

It (apparently) can load a vcf file into the phone's memory.

I want to be able to type in a list (notepad, word, excel...) comprising name and phone number and then convert it to vcf.

Any ideas?
