I notice in the Help File page referring to the Anti-Execute tool that it states:
Returnil Anti-Execute
Important Note: the Returnil Anti-Execute plug-in is NOT HIPS nor is it meant to be. It is simply a tool to add increased control over some elements of your computing environment while System Protection or Session Lock is active. With version 2.01 and above, this utility is now available as a link from the Returnil Virtual System Start menu group under the Tools folder.
Does this mean that the Anti-Execute tool is only operational/effective when Protection Status is active or can it be used as a standalone tool while Protection Status is off.
Also, if I block an executable from running and it is placed in the 'Black List' when 'Protection Status' is on, does it remain in that list after a re-boot? The same with an executable I allow, does that permission stay in the white list after a re-boot.
