Hi I am wondering why you have not mentioned here that there are new software versions available for download on eset.com?

Yes, there are forum members who have referred to the new version (684) in their posts. This, though, does not answer the question asked previously: why does the forum thread still state "ESET Smart Security v3.0.672 released"? Why isn't version 684 acknowledged even so long after it was made available? Isn't this the official Eset forum? Or doesn't Eset care?

Another issue: why doesn't Eset indicate on its download site which version is being made available for download?

I've used Eset's products for several years now with no technical difficulties at all, which is more than I can say for most other software. Nonetheless, the foregoing are irritations Eset's customer service department will do well to address.

My eset security 3.0.648.0 has Personal Firewall can't start problem.

Please help me for this problem.

It does. The current downloadable version is clickable to perform the download on the customer download page.
