Disk Director Suite 10 and eSata Drives

I discovered the hard way, that Acronis Disk Director Suite 10 does NOT support eSata partitioning. It trashed my hard drive forcing me to pay to have the data recovered. When I contacted Acronis Support I was told that they do NOT support eSata but only Sata drives, yet I still cannot find this information anywhere on their website. Just a warning to the wise

Did you try both the Full and Safe Mode versions of DD? Or, were you running DD in Windows?

I assume the "trashed" drive was the eSATA drive. If so, that means that DD must have seen the drive. Usually, the problem is that drives can't be found.

What procedure were you trying to do?
