View Full Version : Invalid Username and/or Password?

I recently re-newed my ESET on Dec. 5th for 2 years and its been working just fine. Now that its the new year, its telling me I have the wrong Username or Password. I tried going to the email I was sent with the information and re-entering it, but it still tells me its wrong.

Does anyone know what I could do to fix this?

Did you actually change the details? Or you logged on and it didn't want to update?

Hello,

Did you contact the ESET office, distributor or reseller whom you bought the renewal from to confirm your license credentials?
