Yeah, that was out in 3.33.14 but there was a problem with that once checked one could not uncheck the option.
I assume this is fixed with 3.33.15
Also new for 3.33.15............

A bit of a take off from a now defunct piece of security software I believe. Was`t it called Green Border? Or something along those lines. I think I will stay with the ## as well.

Yes it is a pretty thick yellow boarder around the entire desk,No issue with tick or untick boarder. The only issue I see is the boader is a little to thick and and it cuts off some of the minimize,Restore down and close. If the pointer is on the boarder it will not minimize, restore down or close the pointer needs to be just be under the boarder,Other wise its running fantastic.

hmm... I am not getting that result, the box is staying ticked or unticked here everytime. XP SP3. I thought maybe because I had auto delete selected but I checked with no auto delete and it still worked fine. You can also choose your color of the border by clicking on that yellow box.

Working ok for me here too. Enabled it and used it for a bit and then disabled it and it stayed disabled.

I think that was so on 3.33.14 - make sure you are on .15.

3.33.14 was thicker then 3.33.15
Boarder blocking nothing at all here.
Still don't know if I like it or not though.
An option of changing the color would be nice.
Maybe that's it, wrong color.

3.33.14 border option couldn't be turned off in the gui but could by editing the ini as stated by others.

Old and grumpy here and I don't like change so I doubt I will be using that feature?

Haven't grabbed 3.33.15 as yet.

Good adjustment with the border thickness and a good indicator for Chrome users who runs their browser sandboxed. :thumb: :thumb:

if your just using sandboxie on-demand for certain occasions, do u need to keep its little process to run at startup? or is there a way for it to only start when u open sandboxie and close when u close your sandbox?

Look under Configure - Windows Shell Integration - Start Sandboxie Control and untick When Windows starts. Make sure the next box is ticked to start ctrl manually.

You will probably have to kill the process manually after you start it.

You can stop it from starting automatically by going to Configure ,Windows Shell Integration and unticking it there.

Drop My Rights, Color Borders, stronger containments, etc.

Tzuk is doing a masterful job with SandboxIE.

Makes you wonder how much farther he can take this program, it's definitely in a class of it's own.

Hey!

And all credit where credit is rightly due to those beta testers that without them SandboxIE might still be somewhere in the backfield still trying to catch up instead of solidly up front and center!

Thanks all you guys!!

Yes, Green Border was purchased by Google ... I keep waiting for them to release their version of it, hopefully free like most of their other stuff.

Personally I've never experienced a single issue with any beta version I've ever tried of this great utility, but I suppose there's always the possibility of problems.
