Change CD Drive letter?

Is it possible to change the Letter that the system assigns to the CD/DVD drive? Having added new partitions with DD my CD Drive is now labelled J:, is there anyway that I can change it back to D:?

You should be able to use Disk Management in Windows to change the drive letter assignments. You may have to shuffle a couple if the letter you want is currently assigned to a drive/partition.
