Hi
i 'm looking for a Wm for xp maybe easy and free(a shareware version is good too)
i would like to use it to test some programs like anti virus or other software
a wm that let me try software like true image that need a reboot to work
what should i use?

with shadow user i can try an antivirus and true image that need reboot to work

i tried to install true image it need the reboot but in shadow mode i give me this error
does it make files to virtualize the hard disk ? do know where does it save these files?

U can try the antivirus, it will work, but u cant try MBR changing software like acronis True image(the application will prevent such changes).All changes are loaded after passing through the original system drivers.Only partiton level virtualisation like Fd-isr may work for true image.

but does the progra shadow user makes files to virtualize?

yes it does virtualize all the files , if u see the shadow mode partition form another os , u will not see the files created in the shadow state.

i maen in shadow mode , i can't see the files created to virtualize

does it make 1 files for each hard disk?

Comodo disk shield , is going to be software which may overtake rollback rx in its effeciency.But its causing some unbelievable problems if stable version is ever released.
It is better than shadowuser in all respects.U must image ur computer b4 trying it.
