I just installed DD10 (XP Home, NTFS).. Started and closed the program and now the disk will not boot, I get a BSD. I moved the disk to another system and the file structure and type is missing. I did reassign File type to NTFS. Windows wants to Format the drive. DD Help says I can Recover Files and Folder Structure.. BUT I can't find instructions? Is there a user guide for this product?

The English User's Guide for DD can be found here (http://download.acronis.com/pdf/DiskDirectorSuite10.0_ug.en.pdf). If you need a different version, the link is on the DD page of the Acronis website.
DD has partition recovery options, but is not a data recovery program. If recovering the partition doesn't fix the problem, you'll need to use data recovery software to scan the drive for the files.
