Paid for Smart Security - got nothing yet

I did a 30 trial and liked ESET Smart Security so I bought it online but got no response (ie: the emails with confirmation or username or password or download instructions that will "arrive shortly".) It's been 24 hours and my free trial is up today. Anybody at ESET out there who can help me? (I filled out an inquiry form but there are no phone #'s...)

It's not uncommon for it to take a day or 2, especially on the weekend. They will eventually get back to you. If you haven't heard from them by Monday you may want to try to contact them.
