I just ran the antivirus Nod32 and this is what came up, is there anything I should worry about?
please help. Thanks in advance for any advice.

Hello!

Nothing to worry about . As for scanning A:\ , D:\ drives , etc ... you or someone else have configured NOD32 to scan files located on these drives . However , you have no such drives at the moments of scan.
