Administrator Console reports that clients have not checked in

Hello Everyone -

I am a new user of NOD32 Business Edition. I have 375 users currently installed and I am seeing issues where clients are not checking in with the server, but when I check the client, they have the latest and greatest virus defs.

Has anyone else had this problem and is there a way to fix it?

Hello tbelongie,

click F5 -> Misc -> RA. Check RA settings on the client.
