Remote Administrator feature I would like to see

I would like to be notified when a threat is detected via SMTP so it can go to my blackberry.. I already do reports but still it would be nice to be notified whenever ESET gets a threat on a client machine.

This is already possible from the client itself

The client can do that but the "problem" is that you need to have an SMTP server that will accept relaying from any client and if the client is off the network the message won't get sent.

The new version 3 of Remote Administration Server however should be able to send notifications using SMTP on behalf of the clients as far as I have read the manual.

This overcomes the problem with SMTP relay as you only need to allow the server to send and also the other problem as far as I can see.

I haven't tried this with the new RAS version yet however.
