I sent an email to samples@eset.com with "False Positive" in the subject line with a zip attachment containing agentmon.exe and kcssetup.exe.

I would like to verify if ESET received it and if possible find an update to the status of it being "whitelisted".

Yes, it should be fixed in the upcoming update. As you say, it's a tool for remote administration. Such tools are suspicious to heuristics due to the operations they perform.
