Username and password problem.

I am trying to enter my username and password into nod32 and it won't accept it. I copy and paste the information directly from my email into the text box, but it still will not accept it.

Try typing it. One problem i've seen with some users copy and pasting it is when they copy it a SPACE is picked up at the end of the Username or password. So instad of copying

"ABC123"

it copies

"ABC123 "

which isn't the same.

as mentioned - the most common mistakes are the leading or trailing characters when copying and pasting the username and password - just check you have them correct by downloading the correct version of the installer.


Also remember that an antivirus password won't work for Smart Security - but vice versa is ok.

This may be a too late answer. But, I could not copy and paste either. I had to use cntl c and cntl v as NOD suggested.
