Writing huge iso file into one dvd

How do I write large iso file (7GB) into one dvd that is about 4.7GB big?

You have to use a double layered DVD and DVD-burner. :)

Assuming you don't have the above, why not just use an external drive?

Are you backing up a drive image or is this a movie?

For drive image backup I use Macrium Free with high compression to usb pen
