I have just recently boughten the program nod32 program and was sent a password and user name to download it.
From minute i have gotten it both the user name and password have been been
denied access to the site where i can download it using the links they provided me.
My Problem is i have been trying for the past week to get a hold of tec support.
I have sent them all 3 original e-mails proving i purchased the program and explaining i havn't gotten what i payied for yet.
My question is there any reason why my e-mails being igored?,should i try phone calling?
Or should i be contacting the bank or credit card company and reporting this as fraud seeing as i have been trying for a week with failed results to contact someone about this issue?
