Does this product offer a HIPS component? How complete or limited is it? Can I utilise it as my only HIPS, will it work well with another HIPS if it has HIPS component enabled?

If it is HIPS you want, try Malware Defender, EQSecure, Online Armour (+firewall) Comodo FW + HIPS. This is a few. The first two are just HIPS.
